Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal
The Customer who is a consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract of sale within fourteen days of taking physical possession of the goods, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Cancellation Act (angrerettloven) and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. The right of withdrawal may be exercised without giving any reason, by an unequivocal statement addressed to Savora AS at info@savora.no within the said period. Upon receipt of such notice, Savora AS will provide instructions for the return of the goods.

Condition of Returned Goods
To be eligible for refund, goods must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they were received, with all original packaging, dust bag, hangtag and care documentation included, and showing no marks, signs of wear or alteration. The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in accordance with section 25 of the Right of Cancellation Act. Goods returned in a condition that does not satisfy these requirements will be returned to the Customer and no refund shall be issued.

Return Procedure
The Customer shall send the goods to the address provided by Savora AS without undue delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which the decision to withdraw was communicated. Goods are returned at the Customer's risk until they are received by Savora AS; the use of a tracked shipping service is recommended. Goods shall be returned to Savora AS, Oslo, Norway, at the address provided in the return instructions.

Cost of Return Shipping
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer, save where the goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, in which case Savora AS shall reimburse the reasonable cost of return shipping upon production of evidence of the cost incurred.

Refunds
Savora AS shall reimburse the price paid for the returned goods, using the same means of payment as that used by the Customer for the initial transaction, within fourteen days of receipt of the returned goods at its premises in Oslo. Where the right of withdrawal is exercised in respect of the entire order, the standard cost of original outbound delivery shall also be reimbursed; where the right of withdrawal is exercised in respect of part of the order only, original outbound delivery costs are not reimbursed. Import duties, customs charges and handling fees levied in the country of destination are not refunded by Savora AS, but may, in certain jurisdictions, be reclaimed by the Customer directly from the relevant customs authority.

Exchanges
Savora AS does not operate a formal exchange procedure. A Customer wishing to receive a different size or model is invited to exercise the right of withdrawal in respect of the original order and to place a new order for the desired item, subject to availability.

Statutory Warranty for Non-Conformity
Independently of the right of withdrawal, the Customer benefits from the statutory warranty for non-conformity provided by the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven), including, on the conditions and within the time limits set out in that Act, the right to require remedy of the defect, replacement, a price reduction, or rescission of the contract. Claims under the statutory warranty must be notified to Savora AS at info@savora.no within a reasonable time after the Customer discovered or ought to have discovered the defect, accompanied by documentary evidence including photographs of the defect. The cost of return shipping for goods that are confirmed to be non-conforming shall be borne by Savora AS.

Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that, in accordance with section 22 of the Right of Cancellation Act, are made to the Customer's specifications or are clearly personalised, or to goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene. Goods clearly identified as final sale on the relevant product page are subject to these exclusions; the Customer's statutory rights in respect of non-conforming goods are not affected.

All communications relating to withdrawal, returns, and refund claims shall be addressed to Savora AS, Oslo, Norway, at info@savora.no, with reference to the order number to which they relate.
